Belle Trace II at Battle Creek is a subdivision of the Battle Creek Golf Community located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The first houses started construction in 2006 with the first residents moving into new homes in late 2006 and early 2007. The last home was built in 2021. All lots are occupied. There are a total of 159 lots.

Belle Trace II was established as Planned Unit Development (PUD 94) with the City of Broken Arrow. This included written covenants for the development which are included in each real estate transaction. These covenants are part of each resident’s agreement to live in Belle Trace II. All of the Battle Creek Developments have covenants and each have some unique items. It is important you understand your obligations agreed to during the purchase of your home in Belle Trace II.

The continued beauty, safety, and friendly atmosphere of our community are the responsibility of each resident. The board members are your friends and neighbors, volunteering their time to secure our investment. HOA Fees are set by the HOA Board of Directors and were $85 per year in 2020. *This Fee is subject to change by the HOA Board based on needs and programs.

It is important for each resident to review the covenants, bylaws and operations manual as described in the "Forms & Documents" link. We also encourage you to participate by joining the board, a committee, attending social events and the annual meeting. Your input and involvement are always welcome.
